The Capital Pathway

SEED.
The way
capital compounds.

Most private cards ask you to move money in. SEED is designed the other way: allocated capital is placed in a professionally-managed AI trading program, profits compound during a 3-month lock-up, and card costs and lifestyle spend are drawn from the program — not from your household or business capital.

Program Structure

How SEED works.

Step 01

Allocation & lock

Capital is placed in the SEED trading program at one of four allocation tiers — $50K, $100K, $200K, or $300K. A 3-month lock-up begins the day trading commences, typically 1–2 weeks after contract signing.

Step 02

Compounding

The program targets a 1–10% illustrative weekly gross performance range. Gross profit is reduced by a 20% brokerage fee — the remainder compounds inside the account until the first eligible draw after lock-up.

Step 03

Draws

Once the lock ends, choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly draws. Draws are taken against lifetime net profit still in the account. Full redemption requires 30 days' notice.

The Waterfall

Profits compound
net of brokerage.

Gross weekly profit is calculated first. 20% is retained by the brokerage as the performance fee — applied only to profit, never to the deposit.

The remaining 80% is added to the account balance and compounds week over week. Nothing is withdrawn during the 3-month lock.

After the lock, the client's draw percentage is applied to lifetime net profit still in the account — defined as current balance minus original deposit. Withdrawn funds leave the compounding base.

Card & Capital

SEED funds
the card.

SEED allocation tiers align with BTB card tiers. Program profits can be drawn onto the card for spend, into cold-storage, or back to your bank — you decide each cycle.
